Production

Our production covers many items.
Most of all we produce steel molds for the wood embossing.

We are world leader in design and manufacturing of roller molds for the blind embossing on solid wood, woden pulp and foil to produce frames (for mirrors, pictures and ceiling decorations).

- Dies for MDF, chipboard, glass-fibre, carbon, plastic, polyurethane, polystyrene, melamine panels post-forming to produce house doors and furniture.

- Dies for the embossing of different kind of solid wood, in form of plane or pre-shaped boards (by copy-lathe, pantograph or CNC machines).

- Dies to bow laminated wood (usually aluminium dies).

- Dies for wood chips and rejected vegetable stuff (maize, cotton, agave, etc) sintering.

- Aluminium molds for the injection of snow-boards or water-skis.

- CNC third party works of high precision components, with complex shape, used in the fields of telecommunication, electrical and mechanical.

All the design is entirely carried on inside FNT technical office through the use of the most advanced CAD/CAM softwares together with a long experience.
